You may choose the content/direction of your Private Session. Private sessions offer any combination of the points below, and can be focused as you request.

Your session will be about one hour in length and includes a CD recording. It may help to write a list, if you have many questions!  Each time you listen to your private session CD you gain both a deeper awareness of your reading’s content and a renewal of the healing energies present in your private session.

Spiritual Healing continues for 3-5 days: be sure to drink plenty of water, and give yourself adequate rest. Keep up your spiritual practices (whether you choose meditation, prayer, or simply a walk in the park) during these days. Please remember to follow these after-healing self-care steps, whenever you review your CD.

"I went to see Richard after being diagnosed with an ovarian dermiod cyst. (This is a solid tumor that, according to the surgeon, does not go away.) I was scheduled to have surgery in a month, but wanted to try to do all I could to heal it on my own.

On the phone before I even saw Richard, he told me thought he could help me heal this. When I saw him for our session, he said the tumor was already breaking up, much like a rock cracking. At the end of the session, he advised that if it wasn't putting my health at risk, to delay my follow up ultra sound from the next day (for which it was scheduled) to a week out. He suggested that I would see changes. I did just that. In fact it got delayed for 2 weeks.
