Richard Jelusich holds a Ph.D. in Human Science from the California Institute for Human Science (CIHS), where he is the former Dean of Administration, and a current member of the Adjunct Faculty and Board of Directors.
Dr. Jelusich, a gifted psychic from birth, has been of service since 1991 as a renowned spiritual healer and technology researcher, counselor, spiritualist minister, author, and international lecturer who blends Western science and Eastern philosophy.
After many years of engineering, managing, and consulting in highly technical fields, including space launch systems, he realized his true heart’s desire to accomplish two goals:

Healer’s Training Course for the Whole Human Being
Dr. Jelusich travels extensively throughout the U.S. and Canada teaching his 17-level, 2-year Healer’s Training Course in spiritual healing and philosophy of being. Students learn in an experiential, hands-on environment. Workshops are taught with a topic lecture on methods, techniques and philosophy, followed by active healing practice under Dr. Jelusich’s direction. Dr. Jelusich has studied behavioral psychoacoustics, bioelectromagnetics, clinical biopsychology, consciousness expansion, transpersonal psychology, and Eastern-Western philosophy. His Ph.D. dissertation is: “Psychophysiological Effects of Frequency Octave Related Light and Sound.” His specialty is helping the individual to heal on four levels -- mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual -- by providing the information and practical tools to recognize our multi-dimensional, metaphysical nature.

His ability to “see” the subtle energies in and around our bodies enables him to discern Life Path strengths and weaknesses. Through intuitive counseling and energy work he facilitates healing on all four levels, and helps us understand and integrate our life issues.
Dr. Jelusich has counseled and facilitated the healing of thousands worldwide through spiritual consultations, “Flower Readings,” meditation groups, and workshops, and has received many testimonials on the beneficial effects of his healing abilities. He has also developed unique energy tools that aid healing and spiritual understanding, and offers lecture and meditation tapes on several subjects.

Dr. Jelusich produced 22 public-access television shows of “Metaphysics 101,” a series that aired on TV in California. He has been featured on numerous radio programs across the U.S., and has delivered many speeches, including keynote addresses to the Universal Church of the Master annual convention; presentations to the Institute for Noetic Sciences (IONS) groups in the U.S. and Canada; and presentations on metaphysics and technology at Langara College, Vancouver, Canada. In addition, he has been featured at holistic health expos, national healing events, and other prestigious gatherings.

He created the publication “Light News,” a newsmagazine dedicated to the blending of science and metaphysics, published monthly in the U.S. and Canada. Light News is now an on-line magazine on Dr. Jelusich’s website, www.lightnews.org. A prolific writer, he has had many of his essays published online and in newsletters, quarterlies, and magazines.

Guided Tour Series: “Maya Path to 2012”
Guided spiritual tours to the Yucatan and Guatemala to study Maya Cosmology, open to the public. This year’s trip is called “Return to the Sacred Path of the Sun.” Dr. Miguel Angel Vergara will focus on sacred ceremonies, the deeper esoteric meanings of Maya teachings, and the roots of the Maya prophecies for 2012. Dr. Richard Jelusich will focus on the Sun’s influence on our consciousness, and the relationship to the Galactic Center and the acceleration of time.

The Lotus Press published book Eye of the Lotus: Psychology of the Chakras, now in its second printing, is a comprehensive discussion and guide about how chakras (energy centers) affect our mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional states of being. The chakras are our access to our higher selves, and each affects our nature and disposition uniquely. Dr. Jelusich provides insight and practical techniques for self-empowerment, balance, and harmony, such as hatha yoga techniques for toning and balancing the chakras, meditations and prayers, essential oils, sounds that heal the chakras, and much more.
