The Healing Power of Sound & Light

Dr. Jelusich has always been interested in Metaphysics and Technology, the Blending of Western Science and Eastern Philosophy.
Several advances have been made in technology which are incorporating what Eastern philosophers and mystics have known for thousands of years — the existence of subtle energies in the human being. As the popularity of Acupuncturists and holistic healers shows, the reality of our metaphysical nature is becoming evident to Western society, and science is discovering the “fixed laws” governing our physical universe are having to be revised constantly.
The multimedia presentation of light, sound and form was once titled “The Mandala of Life™”. At an early age, I can remember as a youth having just returned home from a day at Disneyland, constructing a light-box at age 5 to recreate the wonder and fascination of my experiences on some of the attractions. That love of the whole experience led me through many turns in life, some convoluted, to ultimately formalize that love into a quest in 1991.
I embarked on a study of light, sound and form, and found that they are interconnected both to each other and to the entrainment of our mind’s consciousness into more meditative, contemplative states. That study culminated in a program about light, sound and form that was presented to small groups and whole life expos.
An evolution in the presentation resulted in the title “Healing Technologies for the New Millennium”, where I introduced the healing qualities of light and sound, as well as the blending of science and metaphysics. There, in itself, was the “As Above, So Below” idea of uniting our spiritual, intuitive selves with our material, linear world. There would have to be a place where a grounded approach to our nature as whole human beings included the embrace of our metaphysical, subtle-body nature with the practical, everyday applications of living an earthly life. Somewhere in-between there is a balance that not only includes the two, but unites them into a third premise that represents the whole human being’s existence.
My Light and Sound presentation was given to an audience of 200 at the MacMillian Science Center in Vancouver, Canada. I have presented this program in the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
Several advances have been made incorporating what is known about the subtle energies of the human being into technological devices. These instruments are used in the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, in self-improvement and empowerment, and in the expansion of one’s spiritual consciousness. In the presentation, I demonstrate how you can hear a sound that does not exist, how you can “see what you hear” and “hear what you see” and other forms of the interrelatedness of light, sound and form.
My presentation includes a lecture discussing the origin of the subtle energy field around our bodies, the Meridian system and chakras and their relevance to our health and spiritual functioning, and how light, sound, and form are related. It is truly an immersive, transformative experience.
